We have a strict ‘inspect and buy’ policy for all items sold directly by our store: The Culpepper Store. Shoppers are expected to thoroughly inspect items upon receipt and notify us of any materially different or defective items within the specified notification window. Please see the returns and replacement policy in the table below.

Please note that we will not refund or replace items on the basis of buyer’s remorse, shopper’s purposeful or accidental misuse or damage or immaterial item differences.

We cannot advise on the return policy for any third-party vendors that use this site. Please contact the third-party vendor directly for their respective returns and replacement policy.

Request an exchange or refund directly from the ‘RMA Request’ section of your account. Please enter as many details as you can so that we can process your request as quickly as possible. 

If the request is approved, we will advise you on the next steps in the process based on the type of item and nature of the claim.

For returnable items, we will send a logistics team member to collect the it.

Request a return directly from the ‘RMA Request’ section of your account. Please enter as many relevant details as possible. The vendor will be notified of your request. 

If the vendor approves your request, the vendor will advise the procedure based on the nature of the claim and their respective returns and replacement policy.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, you may request a refund from the ‘RMA Requests’ section of your account.

If you request is approved, we will issue a refund of store credit if the item is deemed non-returnable.

A gift is deemed returnable/replaceable/refundable if the item is damaged or incorrect. To make a claim, please contact us. You must have the order number for the claim to be processed.

We will not replace gift cards for cash.

In the unlikely event that a materially different or damaged item is delivered, we will provide a replacement where applicable. The item must be returned in the original condition in the original packaging.

Electronics

In the unlikely event that a materially different or damaged items is delivered, we will provide a replacement or refund where applicable. A technician will be assigned to your case to assess the condition and to perform a diagnostic test. The item must be returned in its original condition, with the original packaging, warranties and accessories, otherwise, we will not issue a replacement or refund.


Please ensure that all personal information entered or stored on the devices is discarded prior to returning it.

Fashion

In the unlikely event that a materially different or damaged item is delivered, we will provide a replacement or refund where applicable. The item must be returned in new and unworn condition in the original packaging. Items that have been altered, resized or otherwise damaged will be rejected.


Jewelry - All jewelry must be returned with the original packaging, appraisal certificates, certificates and authenticity, otherwise it will be rejected.

In the unlikely event that a materially different or damaged item is delivered, we will provide a replacement or refund where applicable. The item must be returned in new and unused condition in the original packaging.


TVs & Large Appliances - For televisions and large appliances (such as refrigerators, washing machines and microwaves) we will send a technician to asses the condition and perform a diagnostic test. We will provide a resolution based on the results of the assessment.
